Heidi invited me over to hang around in her garden all day as the sun was doing its best to shine. I took her up on the offer and had a nice day talking and reading - three more pages to go on that book I am still reading! It was good to see Heidi again. It feels like it has been a while since we talked. We have seen each other but haven't really spoken about anything so it was good! It's not even that we talked a lot today. We just hung around and talked between book and magazine pages, Yma feedings and MasterChef! That can be so cozy! Just hanging around with a good friend not saying too much. Just not being all alone. It can feel so nice! And YMA - my oh my is that one a lovely head! She's adorable and smiley. It's great to be around her and to get her big smiles and laughs your way.
Speaking of cute babies - look at the photo below and see Face The Day Superstar-google-hits Erika Dionisio, Neil Smith and their baby Oscar. Life is so funny. Mine finds me living in Belgium and traveling to London a lot, dealing with Brits. Erika is married to a Brit who runs a Belgian restaurant in New York City (Petite Abeille at 466 Hudson Street). This photo was taken at a "White Party" where there were mostly Belgians in New York. Life is so strange - where it takes you and all and the links it makes here and there and back again...
My back you wonder? Not so good really. It aches and aches but the good news is I can bend again and move more and more so that has to be a good sign!
Happy Birthady to my youngest brother MM! I hope he has a great day!!!!
