I'm starting to see some results! I like that! It's a slow, slow process but cutting potions in half, upping my water intake and biking are leading to something. My pants feel a little too big - mostly in butt and legs, which are the places I don't need to lose weight but always do first!!! And then there's the top half! Let's just say the chest area is the first to go! Sad but true... Nonetheless, I am happy! I hope I can keep it up!
