30 December: Let the photo do the talking today folks... You decide...
Heidi and Sarah are two camera-hauling, sometimes self-obsessed gals who like a little extra attention here and there! They have been taking a photo of themselves together daily since April 2005 and plan to continue this nonsense for as long as they have it in them! They want to see how they age and with what sort of face they face each day. Do they look more tired on Mondays? More vivid when they wear bright pink? Stay tuned and feel free to Face The Day with Heidi and Sarah here daily!
Here's something for y'all if you don't know what to do yet for New Year's Eve. Support a good cause. The Kortrijk band Hawai (http://www.hawaimusic.be/) needs to raise money to record their next CD, which as far as I know, Greyn's drummer Filip Tanghe will be recording and mixing for them. So why not celebrate with Hawai at De Kreun in Bissegem (http://www.dekreun.be) and dance out the old year to bring in the new one!
See below for details:

Heidi says: My weekend was very calm. I watched Citizen Kane and To Kill a Mockingbird, two absolute classic movies! And I visited my family! The picture behind me is from when I was 4 years old. My sister Nathalie was 6 and my brother Joris was 1. My parents were as old as I am now, 27! Amazing...
Howdy folks -- that's me Sarah, below! remember me!!!! Sunday was a good day of eating bagels and playing games but by the end of it I had my period and had eaten too much and felt sideways, scalped and upside down -- like in the below photo.
Heidi says: I have always loved Christmas. It's a family thing. It's cosy. There is something about Christmas that you cannot feel at any other day. It is feeling close to the people you love. (where are the mellow violins?)
I have always had too high expectations when it came to Christmas. My ideas for the ideal Christmas evening came from American movies. Maybe I should never have seen those movies. There was always 'too much' in those. Too many lights, too much food, too much cosiness, too many presents... So when I was a child, I thought that was how you had to celebrate Christmas. Although I really liked our little Christmas-party at home, I was never completely satisfied and felt like something was missing. It is only now, since I moved out and my whole live changed, that I realise how cosy these parties are every year. It's just eating together and being nice to each other (for a whole evening!) on a cold winter evening. I don't need much more than that in life...
Heidi says: Kill pussycat kill kill!
Sarah says:
Heidi has never been this scary. Help me mommy. See that blood on her nails? That's my blood. Blood straight from my heart. She's draining the blood and the life out of me. By Friday I will be gone. No more me here. I'll be back soon after. Will Heidi miss me? No, because she'll still have my blood to feed on. Sicko that she is.
