I am so happy right now! I went to the obesity center tonight. Last time I was there and got weighed was on the 7th of September (so two weeks and 3 days ago) and I have lost 2 kilos since then (4.4 pounds!!!!)!!!! I have been trying so hard and pushing myself on the bike and cutting portions and eating slower and all that - all the tips and it's paying off!!!! It made my day!
