I had a fabulous, sunny picnic with my daughter today. We prepared sandwiches and a whole spread. We walked to the park. We ate. Relaxed in the hot sun. Played a bunch of card games. She went on the swings and the slide. I just chilled out. She was so pleased with it all. Simple pleasures are so grand. It's been a wonderful day...
